DIY has never been this easy! This product comes with a big container to mix the relaxer together with the applicator without spilling. Most relaxers have a funny ammonia like smell to it. I honestly found the Long & Lasting relaxer the easiest to use, with a stick long enough to mix with, and a smell that was not too harsh on eyes. It is not bad smelling, in fact, it had a nice smell and creamy texture. I started working from the back to the front of my hair. To my advantage, I’ve worked at the salon before, so this was a cup of tea for me. After few minutes, my hair started feeling relaxed. I normally get burned quickly from other relaxers, but I must say that it took longer for me to feel it penetrating my scalp. I then rinsed my hair after 15-20 min with warm water until I got clear water running through my hair. I then used the Cholesterol Treatment and rinsed it out after few minutes. I then applied my leave-in conditioner, as stated on the packet. I then hair dried my hair and applied the Long & Lasting Oil Moisturizer. You’d swear that I just came from the salon; my hair looked stunning & I even took pictures of it. I am going to invest in the Long & Lasting Relaxer as it is suitable for my scalp and my hair texture.
I am happy with this product and I will advise beauty lovers to really give it a try. I am 100% satisfied!
