I received this AMAZING mascara from my brother as a birthday present.
Of course I couldn’t wait to try it out. I mean any make-up artist would be ecstatic and to try something new every once in a while is great, especially if it’s Elizabeth Arden, seriously you can’t go wrong with this brand. Who uses it?
So I decided to write a review on it…
Firstly, the packaging is absolutely amazing, a lovely bright red metallic tube, with black detailing which really stands out. It’s basically a beautiful bold and bright package.
When I opened it, the wand is a little curved, with silicone bristles but the bristles are slightly flexible, so they bend with my lashes perfectly which helps to curl the lashes. The top of the wand has lots of bristles, it points upwards and the top bristles are really handy for catching every lash on your outer corners of your lashline. The bristles vary in length and width so they really do coat every lash, offering great separation and you can reach the base of your lashes without covering your eyelids in mascara so you get good volume too.
Grand entrance mascara lengthens, it separates, it gives volume and it leaves my lashes feeling soft instead of feeling hard and crispy. I HONESTLY LOVE IT!!! It also doesn’t smudge or flake throughout the day and it’s quite thin, wet formula as it shouldn’t dry out very quickly.
