I have spot prone skin and started using this product with the dermo purifyer toner and night serum. At first it made my skin worse. I have sensitive skin and would not recommend this product for every day use. But I have to say after a week my skin looks great, no blemishes or spots visible! I used this product every 2nd day at night. It does tend to dry out your skin so be sure to moisturize.
