Cantu is revered as the OG of products for natural hair and for years, South African naturals were waiting to experience this brand for ourselves instead of coveting on Youtube and Instagram.
With that said, my excitement to try these products was welcomed, as I had already purchased their shampoo and leave-in conditioners once they hit the stores. Adding to my collection, the treatment duo did not fail me. Firstly, the daily moisturiser left my hair shiny, silky and soft – especially after a blowout. This product is packed with water, so it helps to soften and add moisture to my rebelliously dry African hair. Secondly, the strengthening treatment did what is promised. It smells amazing and left my hair with a natural sheen. I love it’s consistency because it did not leave any residue. However, I didn’t like that my hair appeared frizzy after a while, a common dilemma for my hair texture. Both products are great for everyday use and are a great addition to a winning natural hair regimen. I endorse this hair company!!!
