This product is great: if you definitely have no other alternative ie. stuck out camping with no nearby running water.
It leaves a white residue in the hair, which the directions say should be brushed out. However, brushing my hair results in even more oil production and my hair is left as limp and lifeless as before.
A handy trick however: if you are out camping (think music festivals, rather than forests) and you know you won’t be able to wash your hair the next day, spray it onto your roots the night before and go to bed. By morning, if you are the bed head type, your hair will be restored to a state that is wearable for another day. If you are at home: just wash your hair – you will be much better off.
This product smells really great, though – however – I would not recommend using it when camping in the wild though as the scent will attract insects.
