Revlon Ultimate All-In-One Mascara comes housed in a slick flat packaging. Mascara that promises Volume, length, definition, lift, and intense color to lashes. Expecting a brush I was pleasantly surprised it was a short, plastic bristles with the all in one mascara formula that applied perfectly. It does not clump and you can apply many coats. Yes, I was doubtful that this tiny brush would work, it looked more like a detail brush or a brush that would work on lower lashes. It work, I was pleasantly surprised it lifting my lashes upward and out while adding a ton of volume to my lashes so they appeared fuller and longer.
