Pretty Good.

I like the product and use it to remove my makeup by placing it on a cotton pad. However, unlike its claims, it is not effective in removing waterproof mascara… Not even normal mascara. It works almost as well as my Equate eye makeup remover, but not as well as Neutrogena’s makeup removing wipes. It is great for the face, and leaves the skin lightly moisturized, but requires quite a bit of rubbing to remove stubborn mascara.
