The TOY International team responds: “The diamond cocktail is a gel-like TOP COAT (not nail polish) that must be used with a base of nail polish (never on bare nails). Being gel-like it has a thicker texture which only allows one coat, if you go for two it will be a lot thicker and likely to peel off easily. The color coat must also be totally dry before applying the DC in order for it to work as it is advised.”
