I asked a consultant at Foshini to help me find the perfect shade for a matt smokey eye and she recommended this pallet in Addictive which is more brown/taupe colour . I had a look at all the similar quad sets in the various brands and I decided to buy it. I like that the colours are matt and the darker shade works well as a liner and at the crease. The consultant applied the eyeshadow for me in the store and it looked great, not too much for daytime and I could amp it up for a more dramatic effect for evening wear. I love that the colours complement my skin tone and don’t make me look gothic as some eyeshadows.
This is definitely a great every day pallet for me!
