The Labello Lip Butters have become my go-to for keeping my lips moisturized: in the office and on my bedside. Because your fingers have to be used to apply the product, I wouldn’t recommend this for when you are out and about (try one of the Labello sticks, instead). Also, not recommended unless you have short nails as the butter often gets stuck under your nails during application.
While the Raspberry Rose smells absolutely delicious, it does have a pale pink colouring to it which will make dark lips look odd and pasty. After trying the Original and Macadamia Nut Lip Butters I was keen to see if this product would perform similarly. Alas, it does not. Somehow it is just not as moisturizing and it can leave a pale pink film on the lips that will become crusty. If you have really dry, full lips that are darker than the rest of your skin, I would rather recommend that you use one of the other products in the Labello Lip Butter range.
