Oatmeal. Not just a healthy breakfast.

Yardley Oatmeals Spot Clear RangeYardley has been around forever. Well, since 1620, at any rate, when a member of the Yardley family was granted the right to produce soaps for all of London by King Charles I. And surely every teenager remembers using their Oatmeal range? Well, there’s a reason for that: 400 years later, Yardley Oatmeal’s Spot Clear Range was chosen as the Product of the Year 2011 winner in the Skincare Category, in a survey of over 5 000 South African consumers. Healthy looking skin – at an affordable rate. What’s not to love?

The range of products is clinically tested and consists of a basic three-step programme: a gentle cleansing gel, R69.95, a purifying toner, R69.95 and a mattifying moisturiser, R79.95. There is also an exfoliating scrub, R59.99, a blackhead treatment, R64.99 and a spot buster, R59.99, with purifying tea tree oil. The ingredient that makes this range so effective is AC.NET, which fights those pesky blackheads and spots to such great effect.

The Yardley Oatmeal skincare range is available from selected Clicks, Foschini, Edgars, Dischem and select Pick’nPay stores.

  1. Always thought of the oatmeal range was for younger skins and loved it when I was a teenager but when I was watching Dr. OZ a short while ago, the dematologist on the show, advised that you should be choosing facial products by your skin type not your age. Products categorised by age add no benefit
