The scent is creamy and comforting, but what astonished me was the taste! The cream is very sweet and I was surprised by how this made the experience of wearing it even better. The LiftActive Supreme progressive anti-wrinkle and firmness correcting care cream (to give it its full name) is designed to correct deep wrinkles, loss of firmness and tired looking features. The interesting thing however, is that it is used on the face and neck during the day, when you’d expect a product with these properties to be used as a night cream. This is because the researchers identified that the skin suffers from ‘over-day ageing’ too – your skin can appear up to four months older at the end of the day. So it promises to improve the look of skin in the long-term, but in a single day too.
I used the formula for normal to combination skins. Another variant is available if you have dry skin; a common complaint in older skins. I applied it (you really only need a pea size dollop of cream) and was pleased with the effect. My skin felt hydrated throughout the day and it gave my skin a fresh almost pearly effect.
This is a lovely light cream that absorbs easily and can be used to fight ageing on a daily basis.
