I am hooked on John Frieda hair care range for Blondes, and I have been very impressed with the quality of the products and the results I have seen. I have tried the whole range for blonde hair from Go Lighter to Everlasting Blonde, so when I finally tried the conditioning treatment , I was expecting results.

I was very impressed with this product after using it over the course of 2 weeks. I noticed that my dull and brassy looking hair was now silky smooth, shiny and had a high gloss finish. The treatment nourishes hair, restores hair colour and is great for blonde hair that is slightly damaged. I think I can safely say that colour-treated blondes battle with fragile and damaged hair, and this is the solution I have been looking for. This deep conditioning treatment is great for combating dry and damaged hair.

I used the repair conditioning treatment twice a week after shampooing and conditioning my hair. Leave on wet hair for 5 minutes and rinse. Be careful not to use too much of the treatment and make sure that you rinse your hair thoroughly – the first time I used it, I didn’t rinse my hair properly and by the end of the day my hair was extremely greasy.

For best results, I left the repair conditioning treatment on for 20 minutes and the results were fantastic! This is a gem of a product and I would highly recommend it. I do suggest for best results, use the John Frieda Sheer Blonde Repair Conditioning Treatment in conjunction with the Sheer Blonde Shampoo and Conditioner. John Frieda hair care products have made their way to the top of my toiletry list.
