Our review: “I’ve seen the MyEarth Aromatherapy Doughs online, but this was my first time using one. I tried the Cedar Wood, Lavender & Vanilla variant, which aims to help you relax. This plant-based dough contains 100% organic essential oils and is free from preservatives. The idea behind the dough is to play with it for a few minutes, which is not only relaxing in itself, but it also allows you to reap the benefits of the essential oils. I adore the scent of the Relax variant; it’s so soothing and comforting. Whenever I’m feeling a little overwhelmed or anxious, I take five minutes to play with the dough and clear my head. It definitely has a relaxing effect on my body and I actually find it really therapeutic.”
