This was the first primer I ever tried, and at the time, I knew absolutely nothing about them. I applied it as instructed and, and was immediately surprised by the effects it had on my foundation. Though I thought my foundation usually looked relatively nice, I was blown away by how different it looked once I applied this primer. Firstly, it applied more easily, almost as if it was gliding onto my skin. And secondly, it was completely even – my skin looked flawless.
In fact, it looked as if I had started using a new (and better) foundation! In addition, I found that my foundation lasted a lot longer on my skin and even when it was hot it didn’t melt or smudge. I like the texture of the product too – it’s soft and silky and it makes my skin feel like velvet.
In case you couldn’t tell from my review, I absolutely adore this product and it’s a staple in my make-up bag. For anyone who’s concerned about the environment, you’ll be happy to know that it’s cruelty-free too!
