I love this product, mostly for its super fresh and minty smell. My scalp always feels refreshed when I’ve used it, but I only use it once in a while in between protective hair styles. Although the strong smell is not for everyone (a friend of mine can’t stand it) I quite like it and it definitely made my hair feel thicker which I loved.
This is a great weekly hair mask that has not only given me shiny hair, but also stronger and healthier-looking hair. It has a very strong menthol smell to it, which really does lend itself to being seen as a “medicated” treatment, and tends to linger for at least a day. So if you’re not a fan of menthol-minty scents, you might want to give this one a pass.
I’ve seen a significant decrease in the amount of breakage of my hair, especially with heat styling, it not only moisturises my hair, but also my scalp.
