Pretty much a decently priced mascara that does the job. But not a fan of the flexible wand – don’t feel like I can really get into the corners to do my tiny lashes. Dries up pretty quickly though.
I am quite fond of the wand bristles and it does separate my lashes really well when I apply the mascara, I also notice that this mascara doesn’t make my lashes clump like so many other mascara I have used. This mascara creates a fair amount of volume, but mostly it gives you really good length… I love the fluttery eye look it creates and you can apply two coats to make those lashes look a bit more dramatic for an evening event. During the day for work one coat is more then enough…
During the course of the day I find that this mascara also doesn’t flake at all which is a good sign because some mascaras tend to flake off during the day which is so uncool! I want my mascara to hold my lashes all day long with no clumping nor flaking. It also removes very easily at night when I want to cleanse my face, a few drops of my Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water on face pads and gently rub that over my eyes and viola the mascara removes that easy, sometimes I tend to just use a normal facial wipes and that does a good job too.
When I first got this product, I was very excited about it. The pink color of the tube made it a very cute accessory for my handbag. Also it delivered on the volume for my eye lashes. It also gave the illusion of looking longer. The price was also not as bad compared to the other major brands. Overall a great product with a great price.
I couldn’t wait to try this mascara because of all the rave reports I have heard. People literally couldn’t say enough good things about this product, so I thought I should definitely give it a go!
The first thing I dislike is the shape of the brush. It’s very tapered at the end and requires weird angles for application. In the process I smudge mascara all over the place, and still have lashes that aren’t coated.
The consistency of the product is very thick, so it does indeed give volume but makes the lashes look a bit clumpy in my opinion. The combination of the oddly shaped brush and the thick product also makes clumps accumulate in between the bristles which then end up on your lashes.
The 360 wand is a bit of a miss for me as well. No matter how talented you are, you are not going to get that wand to move while you apply your mascarra. I don’t even notice this feature when using the product.
I immediately fell in love with the look of this mascara and the advertisement. If you like EXTREMELY clumpy lashes then this is for you. I was not a fan because I have only used it 4 times and its already drying up! 2 out of 5.
So I saw this article at the side of my screen one day and was instantly intrigued by the use of the word “manga” (I love manga and anime) and decided to read it. I then decided that this was the perfect mascara for me (before even trying it?!) and went out to buy it. Boy, am I glad I did that. My lashes look thicker and longer and really open up my eyes. It lasts all day and doesn’t melt and/or run down underneath my lower lash line (which I experienced with waterproof mascara :-o). I definitle recommend this is you’re looking for big, dramatic eyes that last and last.
I spotted this beauty during my holiday in Dubai, I heard many of the bloggers await for this mascara to hit South African shores, so I purchased it instantly. I knew basically nothing about this mascara, which changed very quickly! Firstly the packaging of this mascara is just too cute! If you’re a girly girl… then I’d expect you to get this mascara in your make up bag as soon as possible!
The first thing which would catch your eye is the gorgeous packaging, the mascara tube comes in a half black and half hot pink metallic lid with a mixture of pink and black writing, I’d say on a marketing front… This look is definitely going to get quite a few buyers because it is girly, gorgeous and you wouldn’t mind taking this out to show off to your girls.
I purchased this mascara in black, but it is also available in purple and turquoise. The mascara brush is in a cone shape, which allows easy application, more volume and gorgeous lashes. The front part of the brush is quite flexible on all sides, which makes it easier to get gorgeous lashes at every angle.
After trying this mascara, I have to admit… It is so amazing, because it transforms lashes within seconds, it is simple to use and gives lashes much more definition, volume and the look everyone is dying to get. I’d say it is a reasonably affordable mascara for the look you’re trying to get.
I especially like the fact that this mascara isn’t going to let me down, it lasts the entire day, doesn’t smudge or give me panda eyes, but effortlessly melts with make up remover, isn’t this what everyone is looking for?
This is an incredible mascara. I definitely recommended it for a night out to boost volume and length. I love it, for every women’s cosmetic bag!
