Hi David. I Often Hear That Your Hair Is More Fragile When It’s Wet. I Have Curly Hair And The Only Time I Get A Comb Through It, Is When I Condition My Hair. Which Is Best, To Comb My Hair Before I Wash (when The Hair Is Still Dry), Or Comb Out The Tangles When I Condition?
