With combination skin it is very hard to achieve that without getting a shiny spot somewhere so if you want to get that effect use a powder over your foundation or use a foundation that not too runny in its consistancy. Opt for liquid foundations other than cream and use a dusting powder over it in a translucent shade other than use a powder for coverage.
