Sounds like you’ve already done quite a bit of research. Yes, laser and dermal fillers would very possibly be good options, and perhaps even some carboxytherapy (a combination if the 3 would give you great results). We would still have to look at the problem area before giving you and exact “prescription”, but yes, I would say definitely consider dermal fillers and possibly some laser as well.
