I would recommend that you go with a powder foundation for oily skin as it masks the oily look – but it all depends on the coverage that you are looking for.
If you are looking for more coverage then start out with an oil-free liquid foundation and then simply create a more matt look with a powder, be it translucent (my favourite) or one that is the same colour as your powder.
Experiment and determine which is best and the most comfortable for you.
