What Is The Shelf Life For My Foundation And Powder? Can I Mix My Loose Powder With Water (a Little) To Make A Concealer, Have You Ever Done It And Does It Work?

I wouldnt suggest you mix powder with water to make a concealer. The characteristics of foundation are different to that of concealer.
I would recommend you invest in a good concealer. Although make-up is "expensive", it usually lasts a long time. The shelf life of a foundation is +- 2years. Your make-up box should have an expiry date on it.
