I am so disappointed in the quality of the boxes recently. they’ve really gone downhill. I opted for the normal box and regretted it hugely as it was really a waste of time and effort. I used to LOVE getting my rubybox every month- have always said it’s one of the best gifts one can give (a subscription), but am now getting really fed up and feeling like they are ripping us off.
I hope they respond to the negativity out there by improving the quality of the contents.
