I’m one of those unfortunate few who has to dye her hair every month. And because I have to do it so regularly, I definitely can’t afford to visit the salon and pay salon prices. So box-dye is my saviour every month. I love the variety of shades Garnier provides. Applying the colour is relatively easy and mess-less. The best part though, is the conditioner that comes in the box as it really does deeply condition the hair shaft for quite some time after my hair has been dyed. For the first week after dyeing my hair, the colour is gorgeous. But by the second week, the grey is peaking out already around my hairline and not because of hair growth but because of the colour fading. So it really isn’t that effective on stubborn grey hair. But perhaps that’s just me. But for R110 a month, not too bad.
