I was skeptical when I found out that Dove was branching into hair care but it seems that their philosophy of a quarter moisturising cream works. The first time I used this product, it left my hair softer, more manageable and it had a pleasant almost girly-fresh scent which I loved.
The packaging is clean and non-fussy but I am not a fan of the jar container, while it is easy to open, the fact that I have to dip my fingers into the product does not appeal to me. However with that said, the result after washing my hair blew me away enough that despite the packaging, I re-bought the product and now it lives on my shelf.
The product itself has a consistency that is thicker than shampoo and it is easy to work into the hair.
Overall, I love this product and I will continue to use it.
