Liv Tyler is no stranger to being the face of designer fragrances and fashion. But as the voice of Givenchy‘s newest Very Irresistible scent, Electric Rose, she’s definitely making her rocker dad proud.
Electric Rose is the latest edition of the original Very Irresistible fragrance, which was released almost a decade ago. Givenchy organised an unprecedented encounter between its ambassador Liv Tyler and rock genius David Andrew Sitek to offer a surprising reinterpretation of the song ‘Need You Tonight’, originally sand b the group INXS.
What we say:
While the ad campaign tries to typify Electric Rose as an aromatic, floral fragrance that is inspire by rock ‘n roll, it’s more sugar, spice and every nice than raw or rebellious. The fruity, fresh top notes of blueberry, lemon, basil and verbena blossom into the floral heart of rose, dewy green violet and mixed with notes of anise. A pearly musk and cedar wood rounds out the base of an overall bright fragrance.
I don’t quite see myself as the sophisticated rebel Electric Rose would like to invoke in its wearer, but I would definitely spritz this fresh scent before my next date.

well liv taylor is endorsing everything these days, hair productes to perfume, well i love givenchy but, i do not know if liv is the best ambassador for one her lips although full like her dads look pinched and a bit fake……..well
Not mad about the packaging, hopefully the scent is worth a go.
