Although this product was designed with a slightly older woman in mind, using it at your age certainly isn’t a problem. Prevention is definitely better than cure, so if you feel ready to be using anti-ageing products, then this is worth a try. Remember that the most important thing you could do for your skin at this age is to wear a broad spectrum sunscreen to prevent UVA damage.
