The Glimmersticks Cosmic Eyeliner range from Avon is similar to the original Glimmersticks range with the added bonus of a glitter-effect. I have always been a fan of Avon’s Glimmersticks – they glide on smoothly and don’t smear and smudge as other brands would. As with the others, the Cosmic range did not disappoint – yet again it glided on quite easily and lasted throughout the day. I used Blackened Night and while it looked pretty and elegant, I would have have liked there to be more sparkle – the glitter-effect is quite faint. Aside from that, it still remains a great product!

I love glimmersticks. I love that this has a glitter effect, lasts long and doesn’t smudge. Avon has such great quality makeup and it’s really cost effective!
I have tried many eyeliners and I must say, Avon range of glimmerstick eyeliners are well worth your money, its a no waste stick that lasts at least 3 months. (I use it almost every day) Once up, you can use the last bit of the stick by pulling off the top part of the pencil :)
I absolutely loved this product the first time I tried it. It doesn’t smudge and lasts for hours. What I also noticed is that it isn’t too dark like other liquid or pencil eyeliners but it’s not light either. Use this product with dark eyeshadow for the perfect smoky effect.
The saying goes that cheap buy is actually expensive buy as you end up going to the other more expensive product in any case. Well in this case it’s not true of the Avon Glimmerstick. I have extremely sensitive eyes and the smallest irritation usually from cheaper make-up turns into something huge for me as if someone gave it to me good. Embarrassing and extremely sore so what’s fun in that? Then the Avon Glimmerstick appeared to me and its great most days I use it on top and below my eye and I am set to go and then the great colours one to suit every outfit, day or night. Believe me once you go Avon Glimmerstick you won’t go back and no need to go and look for anything else.
This eye liner stays on in even humid weather. The colours available are awesome and I love Cosmic as well. It is safe for contact lens wearers. I usually wait for specials to get it at a better price. The only big CON is that Avon still supposedly tests their products on animals.
I tried the plum liner just for a different colour this summer and it was perfect! Cost effective and it was easy to use… stayed on all day! I loved it!
I am sure many ladies will agree with me when I say avon is super over priced. I walk in to Clicks and buy essence at a fraction of the price and I have my product immediately. I don’t have to wait 3 weeks to receive my product or to then only hear that it is out of stock.
I am so loving these glimmersticks. They are retractable which I love so no more sharpening and they glide on easily. No mess and no hassle. I love how long they last and they make your eyes look so great.
I really like the original Glimmersticks and these glitter ones are good too. I have the plum one, and while I agree that it doesn’t fade and it looks good, I wish it was a little more pigmented. The other ones are pigmented enough but I find that the plum is particular is a little light. Apart from that, I enjoy using the Glimmersticks and will continue to do so.
Love Avon’s Glimmersticks. They apply easily and last the entire day, even after swimming. The Cosmic Glimmerstick works great, and I love the glitter, gives you a new look.
