I am a big believer in dry shampoo, and I have tried just about every product on the market. Batiste has been my favourite from the beginning, for the simple fact that it works incredibly well. I have naturally oily skin, and a day after shampooing, my roots begin to look a little bit oily too. I can’t bring myself to wash my hair every day, so I have turned to dry shampoo to help me out on in-between-washes days.
I love the effect of this product. After a few spritzes I work it into my roots with my fingers, and, almost magically, all signs of greasiness disappear. My roots look fresh and clean and are left with the most amazing scent. It lasts all day long too – no need to reapply.
I enjoy the original product as the scent is fresh and lemony – perfect for summer!

A very efficient dry shampoo, that reduces the oily look. Have to use at least 5 sprays, I have very greasy hair. Can’t go without it.
I love the fact that I do not have to wash my hair every day thanks to Batiste Dry Shampoo, it really really does work, leaving your hair shiny and looking naturally clean PLUS they have now brought out dry shampoos for different hair colours, this is an absolute must. I have tried the one for blonde hair and it definitely does enhance my hair colour taking out all those brassy tones.
This product works really well and the white residue brushes out easily. I was very sceptical about how well the product would work but it really impressed me. The packaging is beautiful and even comes in a travel size which is great for your handbag! It also smells really amazing and the product leaves your hair looking and smelling like you have just washed your hair! I would recommend this product, it is great value for money!
This product is great: if you definitely have no other alternative ie. stuck out camping with no nearby running water.
It leaves a white residue in the hair, which the directions say should be brushed out. However, brushing my hair results in even more oil production and my hair is left as limp and lifeless as before.
A handy trick however: if you are out camping (think music festivals, rather than forests) and you know you won’t be able to wash your hair the next day, spray it onto your roots the night before and go to bed. By morning, if you are the bed head type, your hair will be restored to a state that is wearable for another day. If you are at home: just wash your hair – you will be much better off.
This product smells really great, though – however – I would not recommend using it when camping in the wild though as the scent will attract insects.
I have blonde, medium length hair that I try to only wash every second or even third day.
The day after washing my hair isn’t necessarily dirty but it does look slightly oily at the roots and in the front where I tend to touch it a lot when tucking it behind my ears.
I am a sucker for all things pretty and I’ll admit that was what drew me to Batiste over the other dry shampoo options. You’ll find yourself choosing your flavour based on the look and not the smell!
The product is sprayed out of the aerosol can onto the hair after which you massage the product into your hair and onto your scalp. After leaving for a few minutes brush out your hair and you are left with fresh smelling, clean looking hair that is full of body.
I absolutely love this product for every second day use, Freshening up a blow dry at the end of the day and it is one of my traveling essentials!
Sometimes if you don’t brush the product out properly, you can be left with a white residue in your hair. As I have light blonde hair, this doesn’t bother me but I think it may be an issue for dark hair.

After spraying it on my hair and massaging it into my roots, all greasiness disappears. A white residue is left on my hair but after brushing it out my hair is left clean and with added body.
There is a slight whiteness that is left in my hair but I have blonde hair so it doesn’t bother me. Oh and the smell is delish and fresh!
I absolutely love this product. I use it at least once a week and my hair smells delicious after spraying it in. My hair looks like it was just washed. It is a fab product and I recommend it to everyone who needs a quick wash free shampoo!
I bought this recently as my hair gets really greasy just a day after washing it. I tried it and didn’t notice very much difference. My hair was still flat and only slightly less greasy looking. It might be ok for people with normal hair types but not oily hair.
I only wash my hair three times a week so I find that this product can help to freshen up my hair on a between day. It makes hair appear slightly less oily, but doesn’t compare to washing. I find that it dries out my hair slightly.
At least I can say that I tried it but unfortunately, I did not enjoy using this product. The smell is really pleasant and refreshing however I found residue on my hair and even after brushing my hair, my hair would feel weird. I didn’t expect this product to give me freshly washed hair but I feel like it as too heavy for my hair and weighed my hair down.
