Massage Bio-Oil Skincare Oil into the scar until fully absorbed. Apply twice daily to help keep the scar hydrated and to soften the scar tissue. Application for stretch marks

I do recommend bio oil even though I only used it for a short while,. I guess I was not patient with the product, but my aunt uses it all the time on her face and her body and I must say I am impressed as she looks younger. It does improve skin ageing. She had bad scars on her hands and they are all gone but that is after a year of using bio oil, so one needs to be patient when it comes to products. I believe products react different from skin to skin.

I have always used this product. Whenever I jump out of the shower I apply it (even though I feel as if it doesn’t work) it just makes me feel a bit pampered and makes my skin feel smooth. Recommended as a good body oil but not for reducing scars.

I have an ugly scar on my finger from cutting up vegetables with a ginormous chef’s knife. After applying Bio-Oil to it for a few weeks, I could see a noticeable difference in the scar. It wasn’t so red anymore and it was beginning to fade. I would really advise anyone with any type of scar to try this.

I absolutely love Bio-Oil especially during winter! During high school, when puberty hit the hardest, I just grew into a giraffe and with that came stretch marks and since I played sports almost everyday, and damn those injuries which left me with scars on my left arms and was preoccupied with other I didn’t notice it much until I matriculated. That’s when I started using Bio-Oil and it has reduced these marks like crazy. I had a scar on my shin which is now barely noticeable, and the scar I have from surgery, now looks softer, but I doubt that scar will go away any time soon. But I am in love with this product!! It keeps my skin soft and my stretch marks too are barely noticeable now :D

Bio-Oil was, unfortunately, a disappointment for me. I expected miracles with regards to getting rid of eczema scars on my legs and arms.
Though the scars did lighten a little bit, they did not disappear. I have continued to use Bio-Oil during my shower, however, because of its moisturising properties.

I’ve started using Bio Oil to lighten some scars from a previuos operation. It smells nice… a bit oily when you first put it on, but makes my skin feel soft. It’s easily absorbed and a little oil goes a long way.

The product is worth every cent! A little goes a very long way and results are guaranteed! I used to be much heavier than I am now and as a result I had dark stretch marks on my waist, hips and bums. I started using bio oil about 3 years ago and used to oil myself up in the mornings after a shower and at night after a bath. I became so used to using the product that I started adding a few drops into my bath water and having oil nights where I would moisturise with bio oil over my whole body!
I wish I could upload a picture to show everyone how much lighter my stretch marks are! What I love about the product is that it delivers what it guarantees and in a gradual time. This is my staple product especially in winter. I use this oil directly as one would a body cream and my skin stays in fabulous condition even in dry Johannesburg winters. In summer, I use this mixed in with my Nivea body creams and Nivea Soft Face cream, it works wonders. I had a car accident in January with the seatbelt causing a severe burn to my neck and chest. Consistent application of Bio Oil has significantly reduced these scars and also restored my self confidence.
