Application for scars
Massage Bio-Oil Skincare Oil into the scar until fully absorbed. Apply twice daily to help keep the scar hydrated and to soften the scar tissue. Use Bio-Oil Skincare Oil in conjunction with MicroporeTM tape for surgical or caesarean scars, to ensure the scar matures into a thin, faded line. Do not use on broken skin.
Application for stretch marks

Bio Oil’s been around for ages, and is still just as popular as it ever was. I make my own sugar scrubs and always put some bio oil in along with the carrier oil. I find it gives my scrubs a nice texture and always leaves my skin feeling soft and silky.
Not a great believer in it as a scar/stretchmark remover though. Plastic surgeon told me that it kind of flattens the scar and spreads it out so that it doesn’t look quite so visible. So not appropriate if you have a major scar as it will actually look worse.

I use tissue oil on my face every night before I go to bed. I have dry skin a lot of the time and I find that using tissue oil, Justine’s to be exact, helps keep wrinkles at bay and keeps my skin looking healthy.
I have used Bio Oil and to be honest all tissue oils I find are the same.
Also I use the tissue oil on my stretch marks. I can see a difference, but it does take a while so make sure you massage it into your problem areas when you get out the bath or shower, when your skin is still moist, this helps with the absorption.

bio oil is really versatile! I use it for stretch marks and also for dry skin in winter, once in a while I will even put it on my face before bed, so simple but so effective for getting rid of the odd blemish or mark.
