This lipstick is packaged super cute and colourful. I like the fact that the lid shuts close tightly and the fact that the lipstick goes all the way down. I find that when lipsticks have a little bit of stick showing that it might become a bit messy.
This lipcolor does not last that long on my lips. I have to reapply every few hours.
The only reason why I love this product is because it is so comfortable to wear and because it has a nice glossy finish to it.

Lets talk about this gorgeous Lip Laquer which I got in the shade#135 Provocateur Femme Fatale. This colour is smoking hot! It glides on smoothly and is highly pigmented so one good swoop usually does the job. Its glossy and long lasting and can suits most skin tones. It’s shiny packaging gives this product a very high end feel and at R130.00 each its great value for money. You could also use it as a cream blusher as its not of a sticky consistency and would offer a nice rosy colour. They also have a Matte and Stain version of these balms. I’m thinking of channeling my inner Nicki Minaj with their Vivacious shade next.

I purchased my Revlon Lip Butter in 001 Pink Truffle at an incredible price of R55 at a sale! This lip butter is so smooth and hydrating on the lips, and does not need to be re applied regularly. The colour itself of Pink Truffle is a dark red/pink shade. The packaging of the product is trendy and young.

I love my MAC lippies and they’re my daily go to products. When I feel like something a bit more nourishing, I use my Revlon Lip Butter to give me the benefits I get from a lip balm, but with a wash of colour. My only problem with it is that I have to apply the lip butter to clean and dry lips in order for it to “sit” nicely. If I apply a lip balm followed by a Revlon lip butter – the product gathers at the edge of my lips and doesn’t spread evenly so I’m constantly dabbing it with my pinkie until it looks right.

Apart from the obvious hydration that this product boosts into the lips, I love the colour payoff. It is medium but build-able. It feels comfortable on the lips with no irritating scent. I find the packaging cute without looking like a child’s lipstick. I love the range of colours, there is definitely one to suit every person’s preference. And of course, it does leave my lips feeling soft and quite kissable indeed ;)

I absolutely love how hydrating this is on your lips. It has all the benefits of a lip balm and a lipstick. The packaging is also a good indication of what the product looks like, but it seems that the packaging is usually a bit darker than the actual lip product. The color pay off is also fantastic. I will definitely be buying this again! I have a Lip Butter in Creamsicle (obviously) and in Gumdrop, which is a beautiful light lilacy colour.

I have 015 Tutti Frutti, 020 Brown Sugar and 005 Sugar Frosting . I love them all but I’m too scared to make the colour more bold for the Tutti Frutti and Sugar Frosting but prefer to have a deeper colour for 020 Brown Sugar. I love using Black Up 2 in 1 Lip Pencil JUM03 and Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in 020 Brown Sugar at the same time as I feel that they compliment each other and I love how they both make my lips look. The Lip butters were perfect during winter because they provided long lasting great moisture and really protected my lips. With the lip butter, you don’t even need a lip base because the moisture from it is enough to protect lips and keep them from getting dry. I love the packaging because it is easy to open and even though they all have different colours outside, there is also a sight glass at the top which shows the lip butter. I’ve also dropped it a couple of times and was impressed with the durability of the packaging as it didn’t crack. It’s really great for lips. I would really recommend it to anyone who wants their lips to look and feel good with a little colour or deeper shade of colour, it’s up to you how much colour you want and that option is just a bonus ;-) The shine that the lip butter provides is really awesome. You don’t need a lipgloss after applying it. Its really an amazing product.

When this lip butter released, I immediately purchased it. My first purchase was 001 Pink Truffle. It’s a beautiful pink shade. I was obsessed. I used nothing else on my lips besides this amazing lip butter, until it got finished. I didn’t purchase another one until last week. Unfortunately they didn’t have my favourite shade, so I purchased 085 Sugar Plum.
The shade is a beautiful light plum shade, I use the lip butter over my just bitten lip stain pen, as it gives my lip butter a darker colour. This lip butter is something which is completely out of this world, mainly because its not a lipstick, neither is it a lip balm. This balm is moisturising and makes my lips feel soft and much more smoother and hydrated.
It’s an absolutely creamy texture which is what I love about this lip butter. The texture is rich and fine, with beautiful strong colour pigments, it gives lips a huge burst of moisture and colour. These lip butters are perfect to keep dry lips in good condition and give lips enough moisture to be healthy.
This lip butter comes in a beautiful packaging. The lid is semi transparent with the colour of the lip butter, two sides of the lid is textured like a grid which is absolutely beautiful. The lip butter has a square tube, while the base of the tube is black. The rest of the tube is shimmering and shiny sliver which I really love about the lip butter because it looks classic.
I would really recommend you give this lip butter a try, mainly because the lip butter is rich and will keep lips well moisturised during winter and the colder seasons, while giving lips a beautiful colour. The shades have quite a few pastel shades. The lip butter retails at R125 per lip butter, which I think is reasonable for what you’re getting.
