I also wanted to find out what all the hype was about and purchased the Ponds moisturiser. Even though it smells good and feels good with application it made my skin feel terribly dried out after a few minutes, it was a horrible feeling! It was such a nightmare trying to apply foundation over my skin and I looked 10 years older as well due to the dryness. Maybe it is designed for people with oily skin I don’t know but I still have a full container that I don’t plan on using anytime soon!

The consistency of this face cream is awful. It feels creamy, but once you start smoothing it into your face, it becomes dry and crumbly.
Now I only use it when I have a lot of time and need a matte finish.

In general, I like this product. My have combination skin, but it still had a drying effect that was a bit much almost. It left a slight white tinge to my skin. I added a drop of jojoba oil every time I used it. I won’t get it again. It would work for oily skin.
