I remember when this came in a white jar, it was always on my mom’s dressing table she used it to take off her make-up and to treat her skin before bed time. It looks much nicer in its gold packaging nowadays, but it’s still the same trusted product. My mom has beautiful skin at her old age, and she always says it takes just a little Ponds a day when someone compliments her skin. So now it is also one of the creams on my dressing table and I will pass this tradition on to my daughter.

I recently purchased this entire range, as I really wanted to try it after all the hype, and I am so glad I did. My skin is quite dry right now after winter, and this night cream was perfect, not to thick or to runny, but just creamy enough to smooth onto my skin and to feel the moisture immediately.The cream does leave a subtle shimmer but that is really pretty, and I normally use a shimmer power so this was not a problem at all, but gave me a healthy “glow”. My skin does not feel greasy after use, so this is really an ideal night cream and I am so pleased I purchased it.
