It comes in a easy to use bottle with a trigger spray for even product distribution. It’s recommended that TRESemmé Heat Defense Styling Spray be sprayed into damp hair, going from roots to tips. After spraying I usually comb my hair gently to ensure maximum distribution. also a little goes a long way so no need to over spray.

I really like this heat defense spray. Not only does it protect my hair against any heat damage from my hairdryer and straightener, but it leaves me hair feeling soft, looking shiny and smelling great! Cool thing about this product is that it also has a smaller, travel friendly, bottle of this product.

If I must have a pre-blow dry scent on my hair it would be this one. Hair smells great even after the heat! It is extremely light weight so it doesn’t weigh the hair down.
It does protect well but doesn’t assist with any detangling like some other heat defense sprays do.

I use this before Blow drying my damp hair. I find that even before i flat iron, it gives my hair a really shiny, glossy look. I love the packaging, as the nozzle dispenses evenly and quickly. Most of all, I love that is non greasy!

I use a straighter on a daily basis and this product works beautifully. It give you hair that glossy shiny finish. I find that the bottle to be bulky and not suitable to carry in your cosmetic bad. Packing should be for attractive. The spray nozzle looks like a detergent bottle on the whole. Apart from this the product it self is excellent.

I love the smell of this, it doesn’t feel like I have anything on my hair and the spray allows for even distribution of product. I don’t often style my hair with heat but I do use a hairdryer and so far the product has been good.

I started using this product thinking that it would make my hair feel softer and healthier and assist with protecting it from heat. When you spray this on your hair and start to straighten it, you hear a frightening crackle and you see white residue which forms and makes it look like dandruff. In my opinion, I really don’t think that should be happening. It makes you feel that it is causing more damage that actually protecting the hair + I noticed split ends and my hair doesn’t smell so good.
