invisibobble

Black invisibobble

The magic trick to invisibobble’s traceless outcome lies in its peculiar telephone cord shape. Wrapped around any type of hair, it distributes the pressure around the circumference of the ponytail unevenly, allowing for the hair to be held strongly, without being too tight, or too loose. This effect of uneven pressure leads to a traceless results. Available in black, blue, brown, red, white and yellow and now in pink and clear.

The invisibobble has various advantages to it:

  • It is traceless
  • Avoids headaches
  • It is caring to the hair
  • Wearable with all hair types
  • Bracelet feature

What we say:
I am always struggling to find a hair elastic that doesn’t pull my hair, give me headaches by the end of the day and one that wont leave a huge kink in it either. I found one. The invisibobble traceless hair ring. It is not the most beautiful looking hair accessory, but for me it does the trick. It holds my hair tightly, doesn’t feel like it is ripping it out when I remove it and so far I have not been left with a kink. This is great as sometimes I want my hair out of my face for a bit but I am always forced to keep it up as I am left with a bump a few hours later. You need to try it for yourself to see how well it works.

  1. When I got this product I wasn’t sure whether it would work with my hair or not, but it sure did! It’s perfect for days when you need your hair up and maybe later needing it down, making your hair look like it was never in a ponytail. I use this around in the office on hot days, putting my hair down when going into meetings without any kink been left in my hair.

  2. I bought the Invisibobble and was very skeptical at first. However, it really works, as it doesn’t damage my hair like other hair products used for making ponies do. It doesn’t leave a trace either, which I love. It’s ideal to tie my hair up when I’m getting too hot and it’s hassle free.

  3. I have thick, medium/long length hair which can make me feel so hot and bothered in the summer. As lots of girls with thick ponytails know, this can often lead to a headache that makes even the nicest summer days miserable. When I first tried Invisibobble I wasn’t too hopeful, the coil like plastic elastic didn’t look like it would be able to hold my ponytail up but I was pleasantly surprised.

I find that these ‘elastics’ disperse the weight of your pony tail so you don’t get that heavy, pulling feeling when you’re hair is tied up. I also loved that I wasn’t left with that horrible kink in my hair when I took my ponytail out at the end of the day.

  4. It’s the ultimate hairband until the next best thing. My ponytails don’t hurt!

  5. The Invissibobble is good, does what it’s supposed to do but sometines when I want to take it off my hair gets tangled with it so that is disappointing.

  6. If you haven’t heard, invisi bobble is the latest trend to amazing hair care, so what exactly is it? It is a trace less hair ring, which comes in a radical design. Compared to regular hair ties, this hair ring looks like a telephone wire, YES!! You read right, it looks like a telephone wire, but don’t let this hair ring fool you… It is amazing!

After doing some research on the Invisi Bobble, I searched a few online stores which stocked it such as Rubybox and RetailBox. I also checked a few local salons, which really recommended this… At first I thought they just wanted me to spend R80 on three plastic hair ties, but I was wrong.

The Invisi Bobble is promoted for various reasons, which are:
    It is traceless
    It avoids headaches
    Doesn’t give you split ends
    Has a strong grip
    Is for all hair types.

I purchased the pack which contains three different colours, mine contained a black, hot pink and red invisibobble. The first one I used was a red. My hair is pin straight and I hate getting a hair line, so the invisi bobble promised no hair lines, YES! It lived up to the promise. Over time the invisibobble does get loose, so you need to give it a few days to get back to its original shape. I will admit, I snapped the red one in a day, so I didn’t think they were going to last long… Luckily the rest were quite long lasting and are still going strong!

  7. I have constant headaches from tension and tighten my hair too tight with the wrong and average elastic hairbands. I would love to try out this theory but I can’t seem to find these anywhere can anyone please direct me to where I should be looking for these invisibobble thinges…

  8. Definitely haven’t seen anything like this before.I’m not sure if I’d ever wear this. I find it difficult to believe that it would, contrary to its name, ever be invisible in my fine hair. But, if BSA sent me a sample, I would certainly give it a shot!
