Yardley’s longstay lipstick was the most gorgeous ‘vintage rose’ colour, and while its brown-pinkish tint is perfect for daywear and it also adds just the right touch of colour for a nighttime pout.
I found the lipstick is fairly long lasting, but itll fade after eating, drinking and excessive lip smacking – which I found myself doing quite regularly as it left my lips feeling a little dry after a while.
Overall, I’d say 7 out of 10, and I’d definitely recommend the buy.

I love the packaging of this lipstick. It is nice and thin, thus super easy to just throw in your handbag without it taking up much space. It is really comfortable and easy to use with the retractable lipstick, so you do not ruin your lipstick with the cap.
I have Vintage Rose, a beautiful pink toned nude. Although the base colour of this lipstick is gorgeous, it has A LOT of shimmer in it. Much more than I like in lip products. So much so that I think you see the shimmer before you see the lip product. It is long lasting however, and although it can be a little bit drying (which long lasting lip product isn’t?) it is nothing to write home about.
Overall, I think these lippies are lovely and would definitely recommend them if you are looking for something a bit different from the typical lipsticks.
My two favourite shades are plumberry and sienna. Plumberry is a reddish brown almost brick like, and sienna is a full brown without looking severe. They are matte without shimmer and apply in a creamy formulation that seems to dry into a matte almost budge proof formula. I apply these only once in the morning and in the afternoon I still have a soft stain on my lips.
Really does what it says. Does not wear off easily and maintains its vivid colour all day!

I do love Yardley products. Not too expensive but it definitely is excellent quality. I loved the look of the packaging. This really is a long-lasting lipstick, has a gentle scent and a good range of colours.
