Softlips has been a staple in my handbag for ages – I’m not a huge fan of lipgloss, but Softlips not only works beautifully it feels great (yes, it can be a little sticky, but practice with application makes perfect – by now I know just how much to apply for it to feel great without my long hair sticking to my lips). Besides, the ‘girly’ look of the little tube – Pearl Pink for me – makes me feel like a teenager again – love it!

I’m a sucker for pretty packaging and this is it. It’s quite small so it’s also ideal to pop into your bag or pocket. It doesn’t moisturise much though so keep your lip balm handy.
