Having used Davines hair care products before, I know that their quality is unlike any other and the Nounou Nourishing Repairing Mask surpassed my expectations.
After a considerable amount of bleaching and dying, my hair needs constant TLC to restore it to its former healthy self. With this in mind, a deep conditioning treatment is a must. After using the mask for the first time, I noticed an immediate improvement. My hair looked healthier and even my split ends were less visible (bonus points)! The smell of the mask instantly transported me to a tropical forest – it is heavenly. Some may find the smell overwhelming, however once your hair is dry the smell fades to a more subtle herbal scent.
Davines recommends that you leave the mask in your hair for 10-15 minutes which I would highly recommend, any less time and it won’t be able to fully work its magic.
Although the price is quite steep, it is well worth the indulging and as you only need to use the mask once or twice a week, you’ll find that a little goes a long way. If you are in the marker for a deep conditioning mask, then this is the product for you.

Davines doesn’t believe in big marketing campaigns as they believe that the products really do speak for themselves. And that they do. This nourishing conditioner that is packed with hair strengthening protein, smells utterly heavenly (all natural ingredients) and leaves your hair feeling less prone to breakage, shiny and full of health. The best part is that there is a solution for every hair type and the selection is vast! The price is also great compared to other salon brands. Overall a sure winner in my books!

I’ve been using Davines products for about 3 years now. Their Vegetarian Miracle treatment is still number one in my books. I’m halfway through this Nounou mask and it’s pretty great. I apply some product to towel-dried hair and then use cling wrap around my head which I leave on for 20 minutes then rinse thoroughly. My hair touches my belly button so I’m obsessed with anything that will give it softness and shine. This is really worth it. Do the treatment once a week if possible.
