For as long as I’ve been shaving I have never used a shaving cream, gel or foam. I’ve always thought that using a bit of soap was good enough, but since I’ve started using this product I don’t think I could ever go back to lathering my legs with soap.
The consistency is smooth, and the product glides on (and spreads) easily. I got a much closer shave than usual as my razor moved across my skin smoothly without any sticking or slipping. It smells delicious (bonus!) and didn’t irritate my prone-to-razor-burn skin at all. In fact, my legs felt soft and hydrated after shaving. A definite new must-have!

Silky legs all the time with this. It softens your pores so it make hair removal so much easier with shaving. Also doesnt give you any after effect redness and irritation. Wish it was cheaper!

Avon products are amazing. There’s a rep that lives right opposite to me, so I don’t have an issue there! :p I have never before used a shaving gel, and much like the reviewer, I usually just stick to soap. But I think I might try this out. I will wait for a special! lol

I’ve noticed that Avon has changed the tube, however the Shave Gel is just as amazing, it’s a deep blue gel which doesn’t rinse off until you’ve shaved! It’s creamy and thick and prevents nicks and cuts! It helps you get a smoother shave no matter what.

I’m so happy my days of shaving are behind me. I use a veet duo epilator on my body, for my legs, underarm and bikini area. If I do need to shave the epilator has a razor on the other side. Wonder if one could use the shaving cream with the razor side of the veet duo as it has a foil head???? Any ideas?
