Although the fragrance might not portray Avril Lavigne’s full personality, the packaging plays the role of the rebel inside her (and possibly inside all of us). The bottle is pink with frosted white accents and a silver ring (which can be removed and worn), engraved with floral barbed wire encircles the neck.

Avril Lavigne has always been one of my favourite artists. She never succumbed to the Status Quo of music and this has followed through with her clothing line and her perfume ranges. The packaging of her perfumes are always very punk rock style yet very elegant! This bottle is so far my favourite by far! It is a very sleek elegant rose bottle with a silver ring on the neck. It almost looks as if there is a rose in a vase. This is very feminine and I truly appreciate the detail. As for the perfume scent itself, I find that the perfume has a combination of citrus as well a flowery scent to it. Both scents I adore and prefer when buying a perfume. So this is a real hit for me.
The perfume notes are as follows: Mandarin, Pink Grapefruit, Plum, Orange Blossom, Frangipani, Blue Orchid, Musk, Sandalwood and wait for it: Creme Brulee. Yummy :)
I guess the only problem with the scent really is the Name. I guess if I were to first see this on the shelf, I would expect that when I spray the scent, it would have some Rose notes to it. But sadly, this is not the case. None of the perfume notes encompass a Rose. But it is still a great perfume. Her range is also not badly priced and make the perfect gift to any teen as well as young adult!

This perfume smells divine! It is slightly sweeter than Forbidden Rose which is Avril’s other perfume and reminds me of vanilla cupcakes! The shape of the bottle is also very pretty.
