The four colours here are rich, deep matt brown, bright metallic copper, shimmery mushroom and metallic, gold-ish off-white. What I love about it is that the eyeshadow is hard enough to last for ages but not so hard that you have to gouge at it. The powder is tightly packed and compact – not the kind that ends up all over the bathroom floor if you drop it. The colours blend beautifully – I love mixing the matt brown and metallic copper for my eyelids, and I blend the mushroom and off-white for my brow bones. The powder is very fine and smooth so there’s never any smudging, and it lasts right throughout the day. It’s formulated with silicone technology and contains boron nitride and nylon, which accounts for its silky smoothness. The packaging is quality too – the compact is easy to open and close, and very solidly made, and just for a bonus it comes with two applicators. In line with current trends, four new shades have been introduced to the Quad range – Copper Gleam, Blue Horizon, Plush Purple and Mystical Jewel. Altogether a great product that I’ll definitely continue to use. Yardley STAYFAST eye shadows can also be bought in single shades.

This product is such an absolute waste of time/money. I loved the shades and the packaging, however the eyeshadow product itself does not even last an hour on my eyes, despite its stayfast claim. If I use the shadows I have to carry it along and touch up every hour or so. Pathetic. would never repurchase
I love this small compact casing. Easy to slip in your cosmetic bag. I love the four pale shadows not to overpowering to use on a daily basis. The brown is my favourite colour. Easy and smooth to apply on the eyes. Does not leave a caked up effect on the eye.
I love this eyeshadow palette. It is long-lasting and the colours of the palette are quite pigmented. In the palette I have, they have included both matte and iridescent colours, which means I can use this for day-wear and evening looks.
The packaging is dismal, my plastic cover cracked shortly after I bought it and the 2 sponge brushes is not only difficult to clean, but doesn’t blend as well as an eyeshadow brush would (I usually apply this palette with a MAC 224 brush instead of the brushes it came with).
The combination of colours culminate in one brilliantly transitioning smokey eye, or you could use one at a time for an equally classy look. I enjoy this product when I am not fiddling with the broken plastic cover. I would definitely recommend it.
I have come to learn that if there is one thing I can get from Yardley – it is great value. With regard to great value, this product is definitely the forerunner. The shades make it perfect for creating a matte smoky eye (avoiding the bronzy colour), the bronzy colour adds instant glam when paired with liner and all the other shades worn alone adds a great flush of colour to the lids for a more natural look. I would not recommend using the applicator stick, as it is flimsy and not very useful for blending.
I think the area of skin around my eyes may be oilier than most, as it doesn’t last quite as long on my lids. However, it works for a day at the office, as long as I refresh at lunch time. At this price, you will be hard-pressed to find better.
I love this product because the colors are great for natural make-up and it brings out the colors of my eyes. Another great thing is that it lasts, making it the perfect eyeshadow.
I manage to achieve a lovely natural daytime look with this palette, and add a bit more of the brown if I am going out after work in the evenings. The colour lasts and doesn’t smudge. Well price, excellent quality.
I have this exact one and I have to say I am loving it! The colours and amazing and I actually hit pan on the highlighter. It gives me that amazing everyday nude look, perfect for work and summer.
I have used quite a lot of palettes but I love the colour contrast. Sadly I only had them as a tester.

Unlike some cheaper brands, this stays on as promised and doesn’t flake off onto the lashes while you’re applying it. Yardley is one of my favourite brands that is good quality at a fantastic price. I love the browns and beiges which are nicely matched for browner skins. They blend evenly and I find it to be a very impressive product!
