A few years ago while standing in Clicks Rondebosch CT looking for a black eye pencil/liner that don’t smudge and that is not too expensive…there was a student next to me who said “Try Essence its inexpensive, long lasting and don’t smudge @ all” wow ever since that day I cant go without Essence…quality beyond :)
