Every year during the month of June we celebrate youth month. With the youth in mind, we are turning our focus on a journey every girl is bound to go through, which is when she starts her journey into womanhood through a natural and necessary physical development known as menstruation.
Menstruation and periods have had a negative stigma attached to them, which often results in periods not being spoken about openly and may lead to many women being misinformed about the topic.
