Tucked away in the quaint little Birdhaven shopping centre in Illovo is Arbour Café and Courtyard. Arbour Café is a French-inspired café and crêperie and is home to many breakfast and coffee enthusiasts; priding itself on delicious and wholesome food, sourced from the freshest ingredients. Famous for their gluten-free, buckwheat galettes (savoury French pancakes), the beautifully balanced and well-presented menu is perfect for a summer morning or a sunny afternoon.

The versatile menu has delicious offerings – from butter croissants and decadent homemade cakes, to duck confit orange and fennel salads and, of course, a selection of bubby, wine and French champagnes.

The French-inspired café is dog friendly and is equipped with free Wi-Fi and is open daily from 7 am until 3 pm. 

Arbour Café’s popular all day brunch paired with Botttomless Mimosas is every weekend and public holidays. 

1st Thursdays in the Courtyard is held the first Thursday of every month and has no cover charge and an incredible DJ line up with a great 1st Thursdays menu to order from. 

The venue is available for functions and pop ups and hosts regular beautiful wine pairing evenings under the stars.
