When I first spritzed BOSS The Scent Eau de Parfum Intense for Her, my immediate thought was ‘coffee!’ The gorgeous, warm notes of roasted coffee are evident from the very first spritz. This, together with the freshness of bergamot, the sweetness of honeyed peach and the warmth of vanilla and cocoa, results in a scent that is rich, sultry and seductive.
BOSS The Scent Eau de Parfum Intense for Him is equally opulent, but it’s spicier thanks to the presence of spicy ginger, and richer thanks to the warm amber and leather notes at the base. It’s an undeniably alluring scent, and while it’s very masculine, I love the subtle sweet hints of bergamot and exotic maninka fruit that come through.
Did you know that the maninka fruit hails from South Africa, and is known for its aphrodisiac qualities? Its unique scent is described as a blend of passionfruit and rum. I couldn’t think of a better ingredient to complete this fragrance.
