Alibi Eau Sensuelle echoes a soft whisper of seduction and delight – offering a side of the Oscar Woman that is unabashedly daring.
The bottle
Inspired by the beloved Oscar de la Renta handbag, the new Eau Sensuelle bottle showcases the iconic Alibi Eau de Parfum shape in a beautiful frosted glass finish. This timeless, structured silhouette with luminous detail is accompanied with elegant gold hardware detailing.
The secondary packaging extends this tribute to the iconic artistry of the Oscar de la Renta Alibi handbag through the inclusion of debossed pick stitch and Saffiano leather details that frame the edges of the carton.
The fragrance
Alibi Eau Sensuelle was inspired by the confident and alluring side of the Oscar Woman. Soft undertones of bergamot and white tea compliment the luxurious floral heart of Rose and Tiger Orchid, while the warmth of skin musk and amber exude sensuality throughout.
“I wanted to craft a seductive fragrance that would fuse with the skin like a soft whisper; a gentle touch that lingers to create a sense of intrigue – a warm and luxurious signature,” says Perfumer Catherine Selig from Takasago.
The campaign
Oscar de la Renta’s house muse, Irina Shayk, extends the Alibi story in her third campaign for the Alibi Fragrance Collection. For the Alibi Eau Sensuelle campaign, Irina is photographed in an elegant ODLR couture gown with feather detail that perfectly captures the essence of feminine sensuality.
