I’ve never used any Garnier products, but because of the limited number of stores selling cosmetics in my area, I was forced to pick up a Garnier BB Cream from my local Clicks store. What a great surprise to find that it is truly wonderful! The finish on the skin is super-soft, and it delivers the perfect balance of matte/dewy finish. At first, it seems to look more matte, but as the day progresses, it allows the natural radiance of the skin to come through, whilst still controlling the oil so as not to look shiny. The coverage is perfect for a BB Cream.

Where do I begin? This is such an awesome product! I loved the way it gave my skin a sort of glow. I generally struggle with my skin and can’t use just any product with breaking out. So I was amazed to find that this BB cream doesn’t do that. I also made my skin look smooth and without the shine. Overall a great product!

This product was extremely oily for my skin and the closest colour that the store assistant could find me was not a good match. I was not happy with the Original BB cream. I used it for a few days and left it aside after a while.
What I do rave about is the Pro-Active Oil-free BB cream, made to cover imperfections. I use it together with the Garnier BB eye-roller and it has not only helped my skin, but also eliminated the need for (and therefore cost of) foundation on an everyday basis. I used to use the essence PureSkin tinted moisturiser but since I have discovered the oil-free version, I have been converted.
Definitely worth the price, buy the BB cream!

This is one of my favourite BB creams. I have combination skin and it works perfectly for me. It is nice and light on the skin, and does not leave my pores feeling clogged or as if I am wearing a mask. Their colour range isn’t that great and I often find that the lightest shade only really works in the winter. However, it is easy to blend into the skin using only your fingers and leaves your skin tone looking evened out, whilst protecting it from sun damage, and thus aging with an SPF of 15. I definitely recommend this BB cream!

I use the BB cream for oily skin. I love this product because it leaves my face looking matte and helps for my skin imperfections. I have a problem with my T-zone being very oily and this helps to keep the oiliness away.

This product comes in a great package it is great summer product especially in the African heat as it offers protection like most products it needs to be paired with sunscreen for that extra protection. I found that it leaves you with a light lather feeling, but I found it difficult to find the perfect shade as I am yellow skinned,and it only comes in 3 shades the meduim shade left me looking rather pale and the dark shade I don’t even want to imaging it was like I applied mud! I feel this product doesn’t provide moisture for me especially because I have a dry skin especially during these windy / cold autumn days.
It’s a great product but I feel it is not excellent on it own it needs a complementary product to go with it.
