Avon Glimmerstick Boldest Black is a very nice little find for someone on a budget looking for a lasting Eyeliner! Its super soft and applies easily and its nice and dark! I have found in the past that some eyeliners tend to “melt” and fade but surprisingly enough, Avon Glimmerstick Boldest Black stays on for hours and it doesn’t fade or make little crumbs of eyeliner on your lower lids. at under R70 for this little find, its very affordable and really worth a try.
These are my holy grail pencils. When they are on sale I buy one, I always have 3… one in my make up bag (in my handbag), one on my dressing table and one in my cosmetics box. They apply smoothly, they last (I use it with Avon’s Eyeshadow Primer) and the color is bold (Blackest Black) and it’s so soft and smudging isn’t a issue if I want to blend my eyeliner a bit. Superb product and been using it since I can remember.
Absolutely love this product, cannot express it in words!! It goes on like velvet and stays on like a charm! The colour range is stunning and you will always find one to go with any outfit be it day/night. The liner is also waterproof and does not smudge even in humid weather. The packaging is beautiful and there is no scent. A definite must have for any glamour girl!!
This product has been a staple in my makeup bag for a very long time. They come in a big variety of colours and the fact that they are retractable is what makes me love it. Yes, many companies and brands followed suit after Avon, but I always go back to this product. Once a year Avon has a special and that is when I stock up on them.
I bought my glimmersticks in a 2 for R100 special, and I must say that I’m impressed. It is easy to use, has a slim design the pencil (and almost works like a twist out pencil) and the color is vivid with a sparkle in. Now I can do my cats eye in swift movement.
I have to say that I love it when Avon have specials on their eyeliners – I usually then buy 3-6 of them. I love the Glimmersticks, as they are nice and easy to apply. They are beautiful products – I am a big supporter!
