This is a below average mascara. It has these tiny fibres inside which is probably the best thing about it. It feels a bit heavy on my eyes and I hate that it makes my eyelashes crunchy. It also flakes quite badly. The overall finish is not great and i hardly ever wear it out alone. When layered with Maybelline Colossal, it still gave a below-average finish. I dislike this mascara and i will definitely not be repurchasing.
I absolutely love this mascara and have been using it for years. It gives my lashes definition and length, stays on all day and comes off easily when cleansing.

This mascara is fabulous when wanting that wide, doll eye look. I always use this mascara with my natural day look. It just opens up your eyes and gives incredible length. I prefer this mascara for my everyday use. The brush just separates your lashes perfectly. Dolly up ladies!

I must say that this is one of the better brands of mascara on the market. I am a mascara holic. I will keep trying all new brands until I find one that satisfies my craving for long lashes. This product (although false advertising as with every mascara brand) does deliver to a certain extent. Lashes have more “volume” and length. Application is a bit clumpy but if you layer it on carefully you can get it to look good and look longer. The mascara stick itself is a bit boring and silver. Nothing much to catch your attention – I think the name “Illegal” is supposed to do all the work when it comes to the alluring part of it. A good buy… Good value for money as well.

When you buy a lengthening mascara, you don’t tend to look for much else. For it’s purpose, it does the job well. It lengthens my lashes nicely and I like the wand. It allows me to coat my lashes evenly. For the price, it’s an alright mascara.
